How OfferLine handles personal information.
What we collect
When you book, register interest or contact us, you provide details such as your name, email, university, year of study, the opportunity and area you are aiming for, and your message. If you share a CV or application for a review, we receive that too.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, deliver the services you ask for, and contact you about products you have registered interest in. We do not sell personal information.
Booking and forms
Website forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. Session times are booked through Cal.com, which receives your name and email, and sessions take place on Cal Video. Payment is by bank transfer after booking; we do not take card details on this website.
Mentor matching
If you tell us what you're aiming for, we review your answers to point you to the most relevant mentor or session. We do not publish your details or share them with a mentor without asking you first.
Future AI tools
Before the AI CV Reviewer or Interview Lab launch, this policy will set out how uploaded CVs and recordings are processed, stored and deleted. The initial beta will be open to students aged 18 and over. Our intention is to keep CVs only as long as needed to process them, and to avoid permanently storing interview video. Nothing is collected for these tools before then beyond register-interest details.
