OfferLine was founded by Rishabh Shah after navigating competitive recruitment from Loughborough University and securing experience across Evercore, Nomura, PwC, Legal & General, EY and KPMG.
That journey meant learning first-hand how much of recruitment goes beyond simply working hard, and how tough it is: understanding how to position your experience, where to focus your effort, how to prepare effectively and how to learn from each process.
OfferLine exists to make those lessons easier to access.
Rather than assuming one route works for everyone, we combine recent lived experience with a curated network of mentors who have successfully navigated different areas of finance and professional services themselves.
